Why Rich Ricans Exists
Rich Ricans was created from a simple but powerful realization: our community is rich in culture, talent, and resilience — but we are rarely taught how to turn that richness into generational wealth.
Growing up Puerto Rican, I saw brilliance everywhere — entrepreneurs, artists, hustlers, visionaries — but many of us were never given the blueprint to scale our ideas into businesses, brands, and financial freedom.
My background shaped everything. Growing up in the diaspora while building a career in business and leadership allowed me to see two realities: the hustle and ambition in our community, and the lack of access to financial education and business infrastructure.
Rich Ricans exists at that intersection. It blends culture, entrepreneurship, education, and storytelling into a platform designed to empower our people to move from hustle to ownership.

What inspired you to create Rich Ricans?

What does being Puerto Rican mean to you?
Being Puerto Rican means pride, resilience, creativity, and community. We come from a culture that knows how to celebrate life, fight through adversity, and support one another. From the island to the diaspora — New York, Chicago, Orlando, everywhere — Puerto Ricans carry a powerful identity. For me, it means honoring where we come from while elevating where we can go next.
What message do you want to send?
The message is simple: Our culture deserves ownership, wealth, and global influence. We are not just consumers of culture — we are creators, builders, and leaders. Rich Ricans is here to help our community learn, collaborate, and build generational wealth together.
